Recurring gifts
If you choose a monthly gift, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. You can cancel or change a recurring gift at any time by using the link in your receipt or by contacting us. Changes take effect before the next scheduled charge when we receive them at least three business days in advance.
Refunds
Donations are generally non refundable. If you made an error, such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate gift, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to correct it.
Use of funds
We use donations to advance our charitable mission. When you designate a gift for a specific program, we honor that designation wherever possible. If a program is fully funded or no longer operating, we may direct your gift to where it is most needed.
Tax receipts
Shez Hope Corp is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will send you a receipt by email. Please consult a tax advisor about your situation.
4. Your submissions
When you send us a message, story, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We will not publish your personal story or name without your separate, explicit permission.
5. Intellectual property
